How big can one change be?
One change request can hold several changes across your website. Put everything you want doing in the one request and it counts once.
If something you ask for is too big for one change, we let you know before doing anything and talk through your options with you.
Want a page for a new service? You can add a service page to your plan at any time.

What do changes cost?
Every change is free while we build your website, and for the first 30 days after it goes live, on every plan. After that it depends on your plan:

Who makes the changes to my website?
Your expert does. You never need to learn an editor or log in to anything but your portal. Tell us what you want changed and we do it for you.
How do I ask for a change?
Log in to your portal and choose Request a change. Say what you want, add a photo or file if it helps, and send it. We email you to confirm we have it, and again when it is done.

Are changes free?
Every change is free before your website goes live and for the first 30 days after launch, on every plan. After that, Starter Plus and Growth include a number of changes each month, and anything beyond that, or any change on Starter, is £49.99.
Do unused changes roll over?
No. The changes included in your plan are for that calendar month and start again on the first of the next.
Will I know the cost before I ask?
Yes. If a change is not included, the portal shows you the £49.99 fee before you send it, and nothing is charged unless you confirm. You can upgrade instead if that suits you better.
