Service pages and how you pay
A page for each service you offer
Your website includes up to 10 service pages, each one written to rank for a phrase your customers actually search for. That covers most businesses. If you offer more, talk to your website specialist and they will work out the best way to cover it with you.
No contract
No contract. Cancel any time and your plan stops at the end of that billing month. Your website and domain are yours after 12 months. Leave before then and the site goes offline, and a domain we registered for you stays with us.

Add-ons and mailboxes are monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel them any month from your portal.

Is VAT included in these prices?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so what you see is what you pay.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees. Your domain is registered and paid for, hosting and your SSL certificate are included, and nothing at all is charged until your website goes live.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card. The website and any add-ons you choose come on one bill.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no minimum term: cancel any time and your plan stops at the end of that billing month. Your website and domain become yours after 12 months. Leave before then and the site comes down, and a domain we registered for you stays with us. The add-ons have no minimum term either, so you can switch them off any month.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan carries on month to month, and your website and domain are now yours. If you leave, we help move the domain to you and can send you a copy of the site. To stop, cancel in your portal. We bill whole months, and your plan stops at the end of that billing month.
Can I change my mind after signing up?
If you sign up as a consumer, for example as a sole trader, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. It runs from the day you sign up. We don't ask you to waive it, and because nothing is charged until your site goes live, cancelling inside those 14 days costs you nothing.
What if a payment fails?
Your site stays live while we retry the payment, and we'll be in touch. A failed payment doesn't cancel your plan, and if it stays unpaid we may eventually suspend the site.
How do I get the customer hub?
Add it to your website as an add-on. It puts your enquiries, quotes and bookings in one place in your portal, and Google review requests are coming soon. It's monthly with no minimum term, so you can switch it on or off any month from your portal.
How do I get the weekly SEO content?
Add SEO to your website as an add-on. We publish a new article on your site every week, link it to your existing pages, and send you a report every month. It's monthly with no minimum term.
How many email addresses do I get?
As many as you need, all on your own domain. Each mailbox is a small monthly fee, shown on this page, and none are included in the website price. Add them when you sign up or from your portal.
What do website changes cost after launch?
Nothing for the first 30 days after launch. After that you get one free change every month, and any more that month are £49.99 each, shown before you confirm. Free changes you don't use don't roll over.
What are the optional extras?
The customer hub, SEO and business email, plus a Local Map Pack to get your Google Business Profile set up properly, and Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management. Prices are listed above, and you can add any of them from your portal at any time.
How many pages do I get?
Up to 20 main pages. The SEO add-on adds a blog section, where the weekly articles are published.
Is website analytics included?
Yes, on every plan. Your portal shows how many people visit, where they came from and which pages they read, with no cookies and nothing that identifies an individual.
What is a service page?
A page about one thing you do, like boiler repairs or wedding flowers, written to be found for the words people type when they want that job doing. Every plan includes up to 10, one for each service you offer, each with its own keyword.
What if I offer more than 10 services?
Up to 10 service pages come with every plan, which covers most businesses. If you need more than that, talk to your website specialist and they'll work out the best way to cover it with you.
Can I add service pages later?
Yes, up to the 10 your plan includes. Ask from your portal any time and it goes straight to your website specialist to write. Tell them the service and the words you want it found for.
