Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting comes with your website, along with your SSL certificate and automated backups. There's nothing separate to buy or renew.
Do I get a domain?
Yes. We register a new domain for you and pay for it, or point one you already own. A domain we register is yours after 12 months, and one you already own is always yours.
Is the email a real business address?
Yes. A real mailbox on your own domain, not a free Gmail or Hotmail address. Each mailbox is a small monthly fee, and you add as many as you need.
What does baseline SEO mean?
Every page goes live with its own title and description, a sitemap, and the structured data a search engine needs to understand who you are and where you work. Your website specialist puts it in place before launch.
What is the customer hub?
It's where your enquiries, quotes and bookings live. Every enquiry from your website lands there and you get an email the moment it arrives. Your customers can accept quotes online and book a time from your site. Google review requests are coming soon. It's a monthly add-on with no minimum term.
What does the weekly SEO content do?
With the SEO add-on we write and publish a new article on your site every week and link it into your existing pages. That gives people more of your site to find. You get a performance report every month.
How many pages can my website have?
Up to 20 main pages. The SEO add-on adds a blog section as well, which is where its weekly SEO articles are published.
Do I get website analytics?
Yes, from the day your site goes live. Your portal shows how many people visited, where they came from and which pages they read. No cookies, and nothing that identifies anybody.
Can I edit the pages myself?
No. You ask your website specialist and they make the change for you, so nothing gets broken and the site keeps working properly on every device.
