Websites for party and event hire
What a party and event hire website has to do
People hire for a date. A child's party in July, a wedding marquee in September, a hundred chairs for a village fete. They search for the item, check that you're free that day and that you deliver to their postcode, and ask for a price.
So your range goes on the site by what it's for, each item with a photograph and a size, and a quote form asks for the date, the venue and what they want. Your number sits on every screen for the person who would sooner ring.
Getting found for the thing people are hiring
People search for bouncy castle hire, marquee hire, table and chair hire, a candy floss machine or a soft play hire, nearly always with a town on the end. One page called "our products" won't match any of those properly.
You get a page for each kind of hire you want more of, written around the words people type for it. Titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data go in when the site is built, so Google can see what you hire and where you deliver. With the SEO add-on we put a new article up every week.
Safety, inspections and insurance, said plainly
Anyone hiring a bouncy castle is trusting you with other people's children. Inflatables should carry a current inspection tag from a body such as ADIPS or PIPA, and your public liability insurance should cover hire. Put the scheme, your insurance and your safety information on the page.
Electrical items, from lighting to popcorn machines, are usually PAT tested, and marquees and tents should have fire retardancy paperwork. We don't tell you what you need to hold. We put on the page what you do hold, in words a customer understands.
How your hire website gets built
You answer a few questions about your business, what you hire out and where you deliver. A homepage design comes back, usually in under five minutes, and you look at it before anything else happens. There's no card and nothing to install.
That's a first draft, and from there we do the work. Your website specialist builds the home page, a page for each kind of hire, your galleries and the rest, changes anything you ask for, and checks it on a phone and a laptop before it goes live on your own domain.
They stay with you afterwards, so adding a new castle or changing your delivery area is a message, not something you have to learn. You pay nothing until the site goes live.
What happens when somebody gets in touch
Your quote form asks what you'd ask on the phone: the date, the venue postcode, whether it's indoors or on grass, the number of guests and which items they want. It can ask for the hire times too, which decides if you can do two parties in a day.
The enquiry lands in your email within seconds. With the customer hub add-on it lands in your hub too, with a status you can set to contacted, won or lost, and a booked hire can go in your calendar so you don't double-book a castle.
Party and event hire ask us
Will it actually rank for "bouncy castle hire near me"?
Your site launches with a page for each kind of hire you want more of, written around what people type, with the titles, descriptions, structured data and sitemap Google needs to see what you do and where. Where you end up depends on your area and your competition. Google Maps helps you show up on the map for party hire near me, the SEO and AI search add-on keeps adding content every week, and Google Ads puts you at the top for the searches that can't wait.
Can the site show my inspection and insurance?
Yes. Your inspection scheme such as ADIPS or PIPA, your public liability insurance and your PAT testing go on the pages people read before they ask for a quote. Tell us which you hold, and send the certificates.
Can people check if a castle is free on their date?
Not live. The standard site takes an enquiry with the date and you reply to say if it's free. A live availability calendar is a bespoke build, so tell us if you need one and we'll talk it through with you.
Can people pay a deposit online?
Taking payment on the site is a bespoke build, so it isn't part of the standard plans. Tell us what you need and we'll talk it through with you.
Should I list prices on the site?
It's up to you. Many hire companies show a "from" price per item because it saves calls from people who can't afford it, and others want the enquiry first because delivery changes the cost. Tell your website specialist which suits you and they'll set the pages up either way.
Can the form ask about the venue?
Yes. Your website specialist sets the questions up with you before launch: the date, the postcode, whether it's indoors or on grass, the space available, how many guests, and what they want to hire. That saves a lot of back and forth before you can quote.
I hire to both weddings and children's parties. Is one site enough?
Yes. Weddings and children's parties search for different things and want different reassurance, so each gets its own pages, galleries and wording, all on one website with one number and one form.
Can I add a new item to the range later?
Yes. Send your website specialist the photos, the size and a line about it and they'll put it on the right page. It's a change request. You get one free every month after launch, and any more are £49.99 each, shown before you confirm.
Can I add a service later?
Yes. Up to 10 service pages come with your website, one for each kind of hire you offer. Ask from your portal whenever you like and it goes to your website specialist to write. Tell them the hire and the words you want it found for.
How long until my website is live?
Complete your brief and we launch within 3 to 5 working days. Most party and event hire are live within a week of signing up.
When do I start paying?
On the day your website goes live. You enter card details at signup, but nothing is charged before launch. If your site is ready and we do not hear from you for 14 days, we take the first payment, so your website specialist's work is not left sitting there. You can still go live whenever you are ready.
Is this a template?
No. Everything is built from scratch for your business: your words written, your logo and colours designed, your homepage laid out. One of our website specialists finishes the site with you before it goes live.
Do I need a card to see the design?
No. Answer a few questions and you will see a homepage design for your business in under five minutes. There is nothing to download, nothing to set up, and no card until you decide to go ahead.
Can I have a page for each job I do?
Yes, for the jobs you want more of. Tell your website specialist which those are. Each one gets its own page, written to be found for the words people type when they need it. Every plan includes up to 10, one for each service you offer, and you can ask for a new one from your portal at any time.
